Metal
We carefully select the right abrasive media for each sandblasting project to achieve the perfect finish. We use aggressive media like angular steel grit or aluminum oxide to quickly strip away thick rust and old paint, leaving a coarse, textured surface ideal for promoting adhesion for new coatings. For projects requiring a smoother, brighter result, we turn to gentler media, such as fine glass beads, which clean and polish the surface without damaging the underlying material. This approach allows us to deliver a range of precise finishes, from a raw, etched profile to a clean, satin sheen, ensuring optimal preparation for your metalwork.
Granite
Our process for sandblasting granite transforms your design into a permanent, stunning tribute. It begins with the rubber stencil, precisely crafted from your approved custom artwork. The stencil protects the areas of the stone you wish to not be blasted. We then use a high-powered stream of abrasive media to delicately carve the exposed granite, creating a rich, textured finish. The artistry lies in this precision, ensuring every letter and image is etched with perfect clarity and depth, resulting in a beautiful and enduring memorial or signage.
